Stock Items & Sizes
For Stickers and Decals

It is not necessary to fit your design into a stock size or shape we can produce any custom size or shape. But for quantities of 5000 or under, fitting a stock size is the best way to keep production costs down and avoid possible die charges.

The following sizes cover our outdoor quality stickers, most commonly, vinyls and polyesters. These are all individually cut with a backslit on backing paper. Contact us about stock paper roll label sizes and shapes, there are numerous options.

The following stock sizes have special pricing or have dies that can be used for various materials without die charges. There are numerous other stock sizes and shapes. If you don’t see what you need here contact us for recommendations and/or custom quotes.

Bumper Stickers - available on white or yellow vinyl with removable adhesive.

Promotional Sticker Sizes and Shapes

Circles - There are no die charges for any circle in 1/2" diameter increments. But for best pricing the following stock sizes are available:

1.5", 2", 2 1/2", 3 1/2" , or 7" Diameter Circles

Squares & Rectangles - No custom dies needed unless rounded corners are needed on a size not listed below. See above for larger bumper sticker sizes and below for smaller equipment and labeling sizes.

2 1/4" x 2 1/4" w/ rounded corners
2" X 4" w/ rounded corners
3 1/2" X 3 1/2"
1 3/4" X 2 5/8" w/ rounded corners
3" X 4 1/2" w/ or w/out rounded corners
2" x 6" rectangle

Ovals - Custom dies and pricing needed for ovals other than:

Larger Equipment and Vehicle Decals

Large Circles - There are no die charges for any circle in 1/2" diameter increments. But for best pricing the following stock sizes are available:

7", 10", 12", and 18" Diameter Circles

Large Rectangles - The following sizes are available with or without rounded corners. See above for bumper sticker sizes and smaller equipment and labeling sizes.

5 1/2" x 8 1/4"
8 1/4" X 12 1/2"
12 1/4" X 18 1/2"
16 1/4" X 24 1/2"

Large Ovals - See above for smaller promotional and equipment sized ovals.

Domed Decals - These decals are covered with a thick, transparent, poured polyurethane coating (available on white, chrome, brushed chrome or gold material).

Paper Roll Labels - Available on white or yellow gloss paper, various fluorescent papers, bright gold or silver foil, and clear. Contact us with your desired size and shape. The stock sizes and shapes are too numerous to list.
